

Supported Living Manager
Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Supported Living Manager to join their client, a family-run company, supporting individuals with their Mental Health in a mix of flats and house shares functioning as Supported Living accommodation.
You will be supporting their wonderful clients, who have a range of complex and diverse needs, in accessing and leading increasingly independent and fulfilling lives.
The position will include overseeing 1 of their 3 supported living sites in West Sussex:
A countryside setting of 5 acres in Findon (West Sussex), Ashington (West Sussex), OR a Town centre, seaside location in Littlehampton.
Key responsibilities:

To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance functions of the service

To deputise for the function of Registered Manager during their absence

To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required

To manage the service in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, the registered provider, legislative requirements, and in line with accepted best practice

Liaise with the Registered Manager to ensure that the monthly audit schedule is being completed as stated and that identified actions are being raised and addressed in a timely manner
You will have:

Good written & verbal English

RQF / Diploma Level 5

Supervisory or management experience / qualification
You will ideally have Positive Behaviour Support and Mental Health experience.
Due to the location of work, you must have access to your own transport.
This is a permanent, full time (40 hours per week over 5 days) position.
Salary: £28,000 (+ £600 annual allowance)
