Meet Ami

Hi... I'm Ami!

I've worked in recruitment for a little over 20 years now. I started as a trainee consultant specialising in the Warehousing and Manufacturing industries. I absolutely loved this job, and after 9 years (in 2013) I was offered a promotion to set-up a new (sister) agency within the care sector, a completely new and different industry for me. After a short time we had a consistent client base, and became established as one of the leading local agencies within its field.

Covid-19 hit whilst I was on my maternity leave in 2020, and suddenly the world became a different place.

I've always been a strong believer in fate and this gave me the opportunity to bring you Rainbow Recruitment Services.

 

What I love most about recruitment is building relationships with both clients and candidates.

It is the best feeling when giving someone that call to tell them the news they've got their dream job!

My other love in life is being a matchmaker - I've had a part to play in lots of my family and friends relationships, so there is definitely something in me that enjoys making the perfect match!
