
Sales Administrator
Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of their client in East Worthing (West Sussex) for a Sales & Administrator.
You will be joining an award winning catering equipment specialist that work with some of the biggest and best loved brands in the UK.
The key functions of this role include; Switchboard operation, taking calls from clients to report faulty equipment and coordinate the repairs by liaising with engineers and tracking the progress of each case.
You will also process sales enquiries, submitting quotation and following these on to completion.
Key responsibilities

First point of contact on telephones and emails

Processing completed paperwork from deliveries and installations and repairs

Raising relevant paperwork and forwarding information to spares for picking and despatch of goods

Closing down jobs and forwarding through for invoicing – checking engineers jobs/paperwork to confirm all information captured

Calling stores to arrange access for deliveries and engineers attendance
To apply for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
There will also be a requirement to cover an out of hours service that operates weekdays between 5pm and 8pm, and weekends.
Salary: £21,000.00 (reviewed after 3-months)
