Office Administration Assistant

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Projects Administration Assistant, to join their client, an award-winning equipment specialist based in East Worthing (West Sussex).

Working with some of the biggest and best loved brands in the UK, the role of the Projects Administrative Assistant is to support the Project Managers within the business to ensure project deadlines and customer’s expectations are met.

The company is committed to providing a high-quality service to customers; therefore, communication and general administration are important elements of this service.

Key responsibilities

  • Taking calls from customers/suppliers

  • Assisting with diaries

  • Processing paperwork, from quotations to deliveries and installations

  • Liaising with team members to ensure project dates stay on target

  • Picking up and forwarding emails relating to projects

  • Raising paperwork through the CRM system including, quotations, job sheets and purchase orders

Competencies

  • Able to implement and maintain a paper and electronic filing system

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently if required

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,000.00 per year
