Projects Administration Co-ordinator

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Projects Administration Co-ordinator, to join their client, an award-winning equipment specialist based in East Worthing (West Sussex).

Working with some of the biggest and best loved brands in the UK, the role of the Projects Administrative Co-ordinator is to support the Project Managers within the business to ensure project deadlines and customer’s expectations are met.

The company is committed to providing a high-quality service to customers; therefore, communication and general administration are important elements of this service.

Key responsibilities

  • Taking calls from customers/suppliers

  • Assisting with diaries

  • Processing paperwork, from quotations to deliveries and installations

  • Liaising with team members to ensure project dates stay on target

  • Picking up and forwarding emails relating to projects

  • Raising paperwork through the CRM system including, quotations, job sheets and purchase orders

 

Competencies

  • Able to implement and maintain a paper and electronic filing system

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently if required

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

 

Previous Office / Administration experience is essential.

 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
