Office Administrator

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their client, an established sweet and savoury bakery in Burgess Hill (West Sussex).

This is an excellent opportunity, available on a full-time, permanent basis, with some excellent perks which include: free canteen & paid lunch breaks.

Duties include:

  • Processing of customer orders by phone, email and online

  • Delivering high levels of customer service when taking, handling and replying to customer queries

  • Manage invoicing through Quickbooks online software.

  • Provide office support as required to other office colleagues and the business, such as scanning and general document control.

To apply for this position, you will be have experience & feel comfortable working within an office environment, to include the processing of orders.

Working hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday - hours negotiable.

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience.
