
Marketing Coordinator
Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator on behalf of their client, a lighting manufacturer & distributor based in Worthing (BN14 - near Sompting).

Role and Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to bring our two large brands together within the European market, always ensuring the needs of both strategies
are met.

Working with the team you will develop timelines for producing collateral such as invitations, signs, email signatures, slide shows, rsvp landing pages, social assets etc.

Coordinate in-person event setup/layout with our showroom manager and vendors, ensuring slide shows are running properly on all showroom monitors and ensuring photos (that meet our brand standards) are taken prior to and during events.

Assist with event promotion and marketing campaign plans and the development of creative assets intended to drive awareness, excitement, and traffic/attendance. Ensure timely delivery of all assets to the digital team.

Regularly collect marketing needs, and opportunities, and work with the team to develop solutions and/or recommendations.

Responsible for developing and managing relationships with designers, influencers and journalists in the UK/EU market.

Responsible for two-way communication with the eCommerce team regarding website updates or issues for the UK/EU sites.

Drive interest and coverage in key media outlets including supporting timely brand announcements, product launches, and events.
You will have:

At least 2 years of experience in press relations and event management.

Exceptional communications skills, written, verbal and listening, able to produce content which appeals to a range of audiences.

Confidence working with Microsoft software and Adobe Creative Suite (intermediate knowledge preferred).

Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

A results-focused approach - looks for new ways of working, taking ownership of all PR, events and activities to deliver original and imaginative approaches to build awareness.

This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-530pm.
