
Customer Support Consultant
Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Customer Support Consultant to join their client, a pioneer in the UK telecommunications and office technology industry for almost 30 years.
Based out of their Worthing Town Centre offices, you will be joining a dynamic, customer-focused team that helps companies get the best business communications, cloud and data services.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

Maintaining and develop client accounts
-
Engaging with customers regarding solutions that may better suit their needs and to help grow their business.

Assisting customers with day-to-day issues and queries
-
Proactively assessing the needs of clients to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
-
Answering inbound calls to published time frames
-
Processing cancellations
-
Assisting with Special Projects
-
Proactively Retaining Customers
-
Keeping clients informed throughout the process of their order

Ensuring correct procedures are followed for escalations, and meeting SLAs
-
Resolving allocated tickets within the required SLAs
You will have:

Excellent attention to detail achieving high levels of accuracy
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (with the possibility of extra hours if required to meet deadlines).
The package:
-
£20,000 - £23,000 per annum

Commission for achieving set KPI’s.
