Customer Service & Operations Lead

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Lead on behalf of their client, a friendly, fast-growing travel website located just around the corner from Haywards Heath mainline railway station.

As a Booking.com equivalent for camping and glamping, their mission is to inspire people to get outdoors more often and feel more adventurous. This year alone approx. 15m people will use their website!

The role

We’re looking for someone to be hands-on in leading customer service and operations efforts to achieve unexpected levels of service - so good that people tell their friends!

Working from their offices in Haywards Heath, the role is both campsite and camper facing, via email, phone and live chat.

You’ll really care about getting people the right result, be friendly to your core, and have bags of empathy.

On the operations side, you’ll also be part of the glue that holds a small team together in a variety of ways.

Responsibilities include

  • Leading customer service and operations efforts

  • Finding ways to add moments to our customer service efforts

  • Providing all-round support and cover for the rest of the team

Hours

This is a full-time role, 9:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 9:30am to 4:30pm on Friday.

 

Package

A competitive starting salary of £29,000 to £32,000, plus benefits including company bonus, up to 30 days of holiday, self-led training budget, and 5% pension contribution.
