
Customer Service Adviser / Order Picker

We are recruiting a Customer Service Adviser / Order Picker to join their small friendly team at their newly built premises in Littlehampton (West Sussex).
Customer satisfaction & loyalty is key to their growth, and aim to deliver the best customer service and ordering experience in the world to our customers.
We’re looking for someone with the experience & expertise to give customers the best customer experience ever and to pick and pack orders fast and accurately.
Even though they are an established company, their small team gives them a start-up feel. You’ll help the company to continue its growth by providing incredible levels of customer service to their loyal customers, whilst also responsible for quickly & accurately preparing same-day orders to be dispatched from their warehouse.
Responsibilities include:

Picking and packing orders quickly, consistently, and going at a quick pace throughout the day. You should be naturally fast and enjoy the challenge of working at speed to get all the orders sent that day!

Building strong relationships with customers on the phone, taking both inbound and outbound calls and sending emails
You will:

Be a great, friendly, honest person – they have a fantastic, friendly, small team who are like a family and we want great, honest people to join them!

Have excellent attention to detail – 80% of the products look the same, in virtually the same size box with the same graphics, but these come in 5 ranges, each in 2 different flavours and each in 5 different strengths. You’ll need to have a lot of attention to detail to ensure you’re picking the right items!

Be able to compose well-written, customer focused and friendly emails.

Be organised and methodical at logging data on computer systems.

Great at leaving every customer with a positive feeling, even in tricky conversations

Love keeping customers satisfied, going the extra mile to ensure positive outcomes & customer retention

Location:
Littlehampton - easily accessible from the A27 by car and from Worthing and Chichester by train.
Working hours:
Flexible at 33 OR 37 hours per week – (Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm OR 5pm).
Salary:
From £11.50 per hour
