Admin Assistant

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their client, one of the UKs fastest growing estate planning companies, based at their offices in Chichester (West Sussex).

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to grow their exceptional Administrative team.

 

Duties include:

  • Liasing closely with clients, consultants and other departments in person, by email and via telephone.

  • First point of contact to handle customer questions and queries over email.

  • Arranging the safekeeping of legal documents.

  • Ensuring that clients receive their documentation quickly and accurately.

  • Client journey tracking

  • Filing and filing system management

  • Data entry and word processing

  • Document Control and providing administrative support to existing office functions

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Adhering to data protection and compliance requirements.

  • Using an internal system to produce legal documents.

  • General Administration tasks.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in administration is required.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Organisation skills, with the ability to report back to management effectively.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and simply with clients and co-workers.

  • Ability to build rapport, with a high standard of professionalism.

  • Computer literacy, with strong familiarity of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

 

This is a full time permanent position.

Location: Chichester (PO20), West Sussex

Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
