Office Administration Assistant

Working for an established, growing distribution company, this is a fast paced role which requires a candidate to be highly motivated, adaptable and able to multi-task.


Duties include: 

  • First point of contact for incoming calls

  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets and creating quotations

  • Delivering a high level of customer service

  • Processing and checking orders

  • Assisting the sales team

  • Ordering from suppliers


Location: Henfield, West Sussex

Initially offered on a 6 month contract basis
40 hours per week / Monday to Friday
£21,000 pa + BONUS SCHEME
