Customer Service Representative

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of their client, a domestic and commercial Solar Power installation & Energy saving solutions company based in Tangmere nr Chichester (PO20).

The business is currently thriving as the UK strives towards the net zero carbon emissions targets. As a result, they are now looking to expand their team to facilitate future success.


As a Customer Service Representative you will play an essential role in providing a professional customer service, acting as a single point of contact for our clients Solar Panel Installations.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will handle incoming customer calls and deal with them accordingly, working alongside the compliance manager and the rest of the administrative team to competently fulfil all enquiries

  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

  • Monitor Customer Installations to ensure all job requests are raised in line with contracted time frames

  • Ensure customer enquiries & emails are acknowledged and responded to accordingly

  • Process payments for solar installations


You will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years in a customer service / administration role

  • Be able to work independently

  • Have excellent administration and computer skills

  • Have good attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach

  • Be customer focused


This full time, permanent position, available for immediate start.

Located just off the A27, and the Stagecoach number 55 bus route.


Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 (based on experience)
