Team Leader - Supported Living

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Team Leader to join their client, a family-run company, supporting individuals with their Mental Health in a mix of flats and house shares functioning as Supported Living accommodation.

Based out of their Littlehampton seafront location, consisting of 8 self-contained flats, you will be supporting clients mainly on the mental health spectrum, in accessing and leading increasingly independent and fulfilling lives.

Clients at this location are able to access the community, a community hub, the amenities of the town centre, the seaside, and pursue volunteer roles.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership to care staff colleagues

  • To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the senior management team

  • To supervise care delivery within the service (No personal care)

  • To maintain skills, and undertake such training & development as may be required

  • To manage a staff team to provide a high standard of support for clients within agreed budgets

  • To plan staff Rota's

  • To manage staff absence

  • To carry-out supervision and appraisals with staff


You will have:

  • Good written & verbal English

  • RQF / Diploma Level 3 (Health & Social care)


This is a permanent, full time (40 hours per week over 5 days) position.

Salary: £25,000 (+ £600 annual allowance)
